Peniel Trust Growth Fund
Investing in Christian Education for Generations to Come
Why the Peniel Trust Growth Fund Matters.
Since opening in 2025, Wellington Hills Christian College has experienced extraordinary growth. Established by Peniel Trust and the NZ Christian Proprietors Trust (NZCPT), the College welcomed 110 students in its first year and grew to 125 students by year end.
The demand for Christ-centred education across Wellington has continued to increase. In 2026, the College accepted enrolments for 180 students, yet more than 140 children were unable to secure a place because our facilities had reached capacity. While our current site can accommodate up to 210 students, the need within our community is far greater. We are deeply aware of the many families who long for a Christian education for their children but are unable to access it.
The Peniel Trust Growth Fund has been established to help meet this need. It exists to bridge the gap between the generosity of supporters today and the future income that will come as new classrooms are built and filled.
By partnering with us, you are helping to create opportunities for more children to learn, grow, and flourish in an environment grounded in Christian faith and values. Your investment is not simply funding sites—it is helping to shape future generations, strengthen families, and extend the impact of Christian education throughout Wellington for years to come
Demand is already beyond the space available.
More families are choosing a Christ-centred education at Wellington Hills Christian College than our current buildings can hold. Your partnership helps us close the gap.
